New V Miniseries Heralds Renewed Interest in Things Alien
ABCA new "V" miniseries debuts, concerning the world's first encounter with an alien race of Visitors.
At least the new "V" miniseries about the world's first encounter with an alien race in which the aliens call themselves The Visitors, will arrive Tuesday night on ABC at 8:00 pm EDT.
The Visitors have a seemingly friendly agenda that may or may not be a cover for something more malevolent. "V" stars Elizabeth Mitchell as Erica Evans, Morris Chestnut as Ryan Nichols, Joel Gretsch as Father Jack Landry, Lourdes Benedicto as Valerie Stevens, Logan Huffman as Tyler Evans, Laura Vandervoort as Lisa, with Morena Baccarin as Anna and Scott Wolf as Chad Decker.
The series is produced by HD Films in association with Warner Bros. Television.
An image of Anna, the leader of the V's, is projected worldwide as she talks about people joining together; the V's are Tyler's ticket to being a part of something big; egotistical newscaster Chad gets an exclusive interview with Anna.
This is the reimaging of the 1980's miniseries where aliens take over the world and run it as they want.
